Refund policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

All products sold by FootballBible (Footballislife) are digital downloads (PDF). Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the file has been delivered.

When we will refund or fix your order:

- You did not receive the download email or link within 24 hours of purchase.

- The file is damaged, will not open, or is not the product you bought.

- You were charged twice for the same product.

In these cases, contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will first send you a working copy of the file; if we cannot fix the problem, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How to request help: email footballislifeuk@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
